ATHLETE PROFILE

The athlete profile provides information about individuals’ psychological setting. We can identify the role an athlete plays within a team and necessary elements for optimal performance. Athletes self-confidence, mental resilience, motivation and stress factors can also be identified. Simply put- we can identify the athlete’s strengths and areas for development.


COACH PROFILE

The coach profile provides information on how a coach works within the rules, their leadership potential and preferred coaching style. We can also identify changes when under stress, in change processes and ability to realise potential.


TEAM PROFILE

Within the teams profile we can identify the overall team atmosphere, team requirements for optimal performance, performance under pressure, ability to dominate opponents, team confidence, team leaders and the perception of the coach and team authorities.


COACHING STAFF PROFILE

The coaching staff profile identifies uniformity of coaching staff, staff requirements to function effectively, relationship and communication styles, working styles under pressure and openness to change.


CURRENT MENTAL STATE

The current mental state profile identifies the mental state of an athlete within that moment. Based on the data extracted it can be determined how much mental energy the athlete has and where it is invested (training, worries, risk, ...). Determinations can also be made regarding the athlete’s readiness to perform or need to relax and regenerate.


MENTAL TEAM SETTING TOWARDS OPPONENT

The mental team setting towards the opponent profile identifies team attitude toward upcoming opponents. We can offer valuable information regarding underestimation of an opponent, disrespect for opponent or the need for encouragement of relaxation.
